Workshop: Knowledge of “YOUR CAMERA”
Was developed by Kenny due to the need to set some standards in photography training. Until now, there are only classes of beginner, aspiring, amateur, advance, and professional. However none of these have any standards to go by. Therefore Kenny developed this system to have students have a better understanding of base-knowledge needed to attend the Workshops and Retreats through Kenny R Photography.
Knowledge level of “YOUR CAMERA” are specific to Kenny R Photography Workshops and Retreats, copyrighted by Kenny

Know Your Camera:
This is no retreat! Daily 8-12 hours. During this week-long photography event there is a combination of classes and workshops. This is designed to take a student from Level 1 Class #101 (Point and shoot) to Level 3 Class #103 (understanding exposure and your cameras capabilities). Most of the training is one-on-one in the field with maximum number of 6 students. Actual taking of photographs so you experience what the workshop is teaching in real time.
Travel Snapshots to Photographs: Join us for a fun and relaxing photography retreat with a theme of “Travel Snapshots (Picture) to Photographs.” Let us show you how your artistic and creative mind will change the way you look at a picture forever.
Instead of Snapshots of your destination learn to see in a Different Light and take photographs. Photographs you will enjoy for years and want to share with friends and family.
Snapshots are images taken quickly and with not much thought.
A photograph is a picture that you enjoy visualizing with consideration to the light, angles, composition and subjects or objects within the photograph. With some professional training and time to thoughtfully composed your picture, it will then become a cherished photograph.
You spend a lot of time and money to travel to your destination, it would be great to capture your experience in a photograph not a snapshot.
So come and join us for a low stress learning environment and the beautiful location of the Dam Site Historic District.
The best lodging for this retreat is the Damsite.
