Typically, when a real estate broker or agent hires the photographers, then the liscence rights to the photographs and video are with the broker and/or agent. If you have to change agents, they could keep all photographs and video.

When the owner hires us, we license the work to the homeowner, who can then use it with any agent the homeowner has a contract with.

We do not allow editing or change our images or video work, including altering the images with AI. Is very important to keep your images true and represent your home.
